Our roses are as natural perishable items so we cannot offer refunds. Therefore, this should not be considered as a fault or defect. Other minor imperfections and irregularities may occur when hand-crafting the products. Furthermore, just as their fresh counterparts, small tears in the petals may occur and are normal. Each one of our creations is truly unique and therefore some variations may occur in the final appearance, and even similar products will differ slightly. Our creations are products of nature, they consist of fresh flora and foliage, and therefore may vary in colours, shapes, and sizes. Keep out of reach of young children and babies as the sharp edges can be very dangerous. Do not attempt to remove the product from its encased enclosure as it should be handled with care like its fresh counterparts. If dust collects, use a soft brush or light feather duster to remove.
Do not clean preserved flowers with cleaning products. You can increase their lifespan by avoiding direct exposure to sunlight to prevent premature fading. Preserved roses are not guaranteed to last a lifetime but with good care can last for 1-3 years. Do not water the roses, its essential that they are kept away from all liquids. Please avoid sudden changes to the heat or humidity, otherwise they may wilt and deteriorate quickly. Products are for indoor use only and should ideally be displayed at room temperature. Avoid hand contact as these products are delicate and the oil from your fingers may transfer across to the roses and affect its lifespan. For the optimal longevity of your product follow our care guidelines. With a little love and care, the lifespan of your creation can increase. As standard the lids come without any engraving.
